Brewing commenced June 2010. A family run brewery based in Knutsford in Cheshire close to Tatton Park. Owned by Greg Sawyer, Greg was joined by assistant brewers Andrew Last and Lee Gannon. Local yeast was used that has remained unchanged for fifty years. | |||

Brewing commenced June 2010. A family run brewery based in Knutsford in Cheshire close to Tatton Park. Owned by Greg Sawyer, Greg was joined by assistant brewers Andrew Last and Lee Gannon. Local yeast was used that has remained unchanged for fifty years.
