Originally registered 21st February 1862 to acquire the Old Queen's Head Brewery and Meakin's Brewery, Burton-on-Trent. This company was wound up 20th June 1865.

Registered as above 1892.

Acquired by Watney, Combe, Reid & Co. Ltd in 1929 and ceased to brew.
