The Wicker Brewery Inn was built around 1850 as the brewery tap for the Wicker Brewery.
The brewery was taken over by Birks & Co Lady's Bridge Brewery in 1880 and closed. The pub remained as a Birk's house until they were taken over by Duncan Gilmour & Co. Ltd a few years later.
