Joseph Holt Ltd, Derby Brewery, Empire Street, Manchester, Cheetham, Greater Manchester .
Founded 1849 at Oak Street and moved to the Ducie Bridge Brewery, York Street (now Cheetham Hill Road) 1855.
Derby Brewery built in 1860. Registered June 1922 and public company formed 1951.
Still brewing independently.
