Dormer Jewell & Son, Catherine Brewery (later Portsmouth Brewery), Catherine Row, Portsea, Portsmouth, Hampshire

Founded 1845. Acquired by Brickwoods Ltd in 1899 with 72 houses. Rebuilt in 1903 and renamed the Portsmouth Brewery. Brewery expanded in 1962 at a cost of £1 million. Last brew in 1983; brewery demolished but offices retained. Offices demolished 2006.
