Freedom started off in Fulham during the 1990s.

There were two further London locations and the brand passed to Brothers Brewing which relocated the equipment to Staffordshire in 2004

Lager worts are collected at 14oC for a ten day fermentation using Saflager 23 (Berlin) yeast .
