Cleator Moor Brewery Co. Ltd, Birks Road, Cleator Moor, Cumbria.

Registered 1896 to acquire Paitson’s Brewery Co. Ltd. of Cleator Moor and William Forster Charter (Egremont, Cumbria).

Acquired by Matthew Brown & Co. Ltd. 1947 with 50 houses. Brewing continued until at least 1954 but relegated to a depot by 1970s.

Some buildings remain.
