Bollington Brewing Co, Brook Mill, Parker Street, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 7BQ
Established at the Vale Inn, 29-31 Adlington Road, Bollington in 2008. The landlord of the Vale Inn established the brewery using plant previously at the Bury Street Brewery in Stowmarket. In 2012, the plant was upgraded to 12 Brewers Barrels per brew.
In late 2023, they moved to larger premises at Brook Mill in Macclesfield, and brewing commenced here in May 2024. There is a tap room at the new brewery.
