Bristol Brewing Co (trading as the Bristol Beer Factory), 50-52 Ashton Vale Road, Bristol BS3 2HQ

Bristol Brewing Company started brewing in 2003 at Fairway Industrial Centre, Golf Course Way, Bristol, but ceased the same year.

They restarted in 2004 at North Street, Southville, Bristol; by setting up a 10 barrel microbrewery called the BRISTOL BEER FACTORY in the basement of the fermenting block that was originally built 100 years earlier in 1904. This is part of the former Ashton Gate Brewery Co. Ltd.

In 2013, they upgraded to a 30-barrel brewery at Unit A, The Old Brewery, Durnford Street, Bristol BS3 2AW - located behind the North Street premises.

In April 2025, they moved to new premises in Ashton Vale.

A shop, visitor centre and Tap Room remains at North Street.
