Traded as Ventonwyn Brewing Co 1998 to 2001.

In 2003 initially run by Rolf Munding a Swedish businessman, who also owned the Zatec Brewery in the Czech Republic. After a takeover by RAT holdings in 2005 a bottling line was installed with contract bottling undertaken for other breweries. In 2010 they opened a partner brewery in Salisbury.
