William Wickham is recorded at both the Star Brewery and the High Street Brewery in 1877. Wickham sold business and houses in 1900 to Holt & Co, Marine Brewery, London who put the Star Brewery and 8 houses up for sale in 1912. Later used by Ware Brewery.
