Although said to have been acquired by Mortons in 1919, the latter had already been bought by [[Carr & Quick Ltd]], which may explain the possibility that they brewed here at some point.
Over 7 licensed houses bought by W H Morton of the Turk's Head Hotel in 1906, the remainder of the estate purchased by1919.

Mortons had already been bought by Carr & Quick Ltd.
