William Butler & Co. Ltd, Springfield Brewery, Wolverhampton, West Midlands.

Founded the Priestfield Brewery, Bilston, in 1833 and moved to Wolverhampton in 1874.

Registered April 1891.

Acquired by Mitchells & Butlers Ltd. with 830 houses in 1960.

Brewery closed 1991.
