Jephthah Wilkinson & Thomas Bill t/a Wilkinson & Co, Black Horse Hotel & Brewery, 608 Bloxwich Road, Bloxwich, West Midlands.

In 1902 Jeptha Wilkinson was at the Black Horse.

Dissolved as such 1904. and bought by W&D in 1907.

The pub was rebuilt 1925.
