King & Barton, West End Brewery, 1 Wrentham Street, Birmingham, West Midlands

In 1877 Cotterill’s West End Brewery was at 193 Bristol Street, followed by George Hemming & Son to c.1890.

In 1891, White & Lake founded the West End Brewery at 110 Bristol Street, on the corner of Wrentham Street.

In 1896, they merged with the East End Brewery and the Kings Heath Brewery to create Birmingham Breweries Ltd. Production ceased at Bristol Road and moved to the Kings Heath site.

The official receiver selling the 10qtr brewery July 1900. The site was sold to King & Barton, which was acquired by Rushton's Brewery Ltd. in October 1911.
