Whitbread & Co. Ltd, Chiswell Street London EC1.

Founded 1742. Registered July 1889. New brewery built at Luton in 1969 and brewing ceased at Chiswell Street 1976.

Porter Tun Room now a conference centre.

Company ceased brewing and now concentrates on its leisure business
