Brewing commenced 2002. A number of beers were brewed during 2006/7 by the landlord of the pub under the name Connoisseur.
Brewing commenced in the cellars of the Baltic Fleet in 2002, using plant formerly used by the Passageway Brewery.
 
Brewing ceased in late 2016.
