W H & G Nicholls, 4 West Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire.

Brewing began by 1850. 5 public houses. Also specialised in supplying large country houses in the area. Brewing ceased November 1966 when the brewery was bought by the County Council and was demolished 1967 for a road scheme. The malthouse remains.
