Brewing commenced as the Tynllidiart Arms Brewery in 1996 but ceased in 1998.
Production transferred to Flannery's Brewery.
The brewery reopened in early 2000 as Bragdy Ty Bach. Taken over by the owners of Spinning Dog brewery in early 2001. The brewery reopened in 2004 under new ownership and name as Bragdy Gwynant.
