Recorded in 1907.

Tony Pygott states:-

Houghton the brewery which was across the road and was named The Great Northern Brewery. The name coming from it's location next to Billingborough railway station (GNR built a lot of the early lines in Lincolnshire).

Part of the brewery site is still in evidence.
