Originally registered 14th January 1891 as Orrell's Brewery Syndicate Ltd to acquire the Crown Brewery, Wrexham Street and was wound up voluntarily 5th October 1893.

Registered as above February 1898 to acquire Webster & Atkins.

Brewery and houses sold in 1900 for £30,000, presumably to R N Woollett who merged with George Bate & Son of Wrexham in 1905, see C. Bate & Son Ltd.

Wound up 18th September 1901.
