Tomos Watkin & Sons Ltd, Hurns Brewing Co Ltd, Phoenix Brewery, Unit 3 Century Park, Valley Way, Swansea, West Glamorgan.
Opened in February 1996, based behind the Castle Hotel, in Llandeilo. Moved to Swansea in the Summer of 2000, using the plant formerly at the Fermenter & Firkin.
Built up a small tied estate during 2000, but at the end of 2001, the brewery was in liquidation. The pubs were split from the brewery to form Celtic Inns.
