Opened in February 1996, based behind the Castle Hotel, in Llandeilo. Moved to Swansea in the Summer of 2000, using the plant formerly at the [[Fermenter & Firkin]].

Built up a small tied estate during 2000, but at the end of 2001, the brewery was in liquidation. The pubs were split from the brewery to form Celtic Inns.
