Tom Willson, The Bumper, 14 Carley Street, Leicester, Leicestershire.

By 1892 Thomas Cook was at the pub, where he was shown as the brewer 1895-1898.

Tom Willson, who had been brewing at the Fox & Grape, was then shown as brewing here 1910-1914.

It then became an Everards Ltd property.
