Founded November 1980 by Alastair Wallace and David Robson, occupying part of the historic Styring & Co brewery premises.
Attempted merger with Godson, Freeman & Wilmot Ltd of London before being taken over by Alan Kiley and Philip Tucker of Cranwell Investments in February 1983, who already controlled the Sussex Brewery and Martlet Brewery.
Closed April 1985. Premises later occupied by the Wiltshire Brewery.
