Later Thornley Kelsey Ltd.
Founded 1900. Merged with Benjamin Kelsey Ltd of Birmingham in 1933 to form Thornley Kelsey Ltd. Brewing was concentrated at Leamington before 1959. Brewery closed October 1968 to allow concentration on the wine wholesaling business.
Their 68 tied houses were sold, the majority to Davenport's Brewery Ltd. The brewery has been demolished.
