Sydney Hatch, Treluswell Brewery, Truro Road, Penryn, Cornwall.

The 12 tied houses were acquired equally by the St Austell Brewery Co. Ltd. and the Redruth Brewery Co. Ltd. after brewing had ceased in 1943.

Maltings are now a garage.
