Thomas Swift & Co, Old Brewery, 30 Market Street, Newtown, Powys.

Offered for sale 24th October 1904 with 17 houses due to the retirement of Thomas Swift, but withdrawn.

By 1906 W H Burton trading as Thomas Swift.

Bought by the Wrekin Brewery Co. Ltd. 1938 and was closed.
