Registered 15th May 1896 as the Swansea Old Brewery Ltd & Davies (Cardigan) Bonded Stores Ltd. to acquire: the Swansea Old Brewery Co. Ltd; Davies Brothers, Cardigan and R.George & Sons, brewers and maltsters, Pembroke, with over 50 tied houses.
Name changed as above April 1921.
Acquired by William Hancock & Co. Ltd. December 1927 and brewing ceased in 1934.
