In 1857 William Hill, then 1871-1876 W Hill, 1876-1877 John Ford.

In 1884 a John Longshaw and 1892-1895 James Hewitt Thorougood listed.

In 1901 run by Charles Thorougood of the Liverpool brewing family.

Advertised to let or lease in 1903 and occupied by Heaver Brothers of Bollington.

In 1927 North Cheshire Brewery of Macclesfield was trading at Swan Bank.
