Stonham Brewery, Stonham Parva, Suffolk.

John Hunt Cuthbert of the Stonham Hotel mentioned in 1841 as the Ellen Brewery.

By 1855 was trading as Cuthbert & Sedgwick/ Sidgwick.

In 1868 John Goodwin was bankrupt here and the brewery and hotel to let by the Kirkstall Brewery Co Ltd of Leeds. Hence, also shown as Edwin Dawson & Co. (see Burton & Lincoln Breweries Ltd), but the plant had been for sale and it is likely that it was only used as a malting.

Brewing appears to have ceased by 1892.
