Registered March 1900 as the Sowerby Bridge & District United Clubs Brewery Co. Ltd. some adverts just as United Clubs Brewery Co Ltd, who had bought the mill in 1897.
Wound up 17th November 1923 and a new company was registered as above in 1924.
Sowerby Bridge United Clubs Brewery Co Ltd, Bank Brewery, Tuel Lane, Brewery Wharf Street.
In 1854 Hainsworth & Co, involving Daniel Fielding.
In 1895 Cotton & Wood as Bank Brewery Co.
In 1900 acquired by the Clubs Brewery Co Ltd which also bought premises at Ripponden, but brewing may have continued here until liquidation 1923.
