South Devon Brewery Ltd, South Devon Steam Brewery, Union Road, Kingsbridge, Devon.

Known as W.H.Prowse & Sons Ltd until 1946. Brewing ceased 1st October 1948, all beer then being supplied by H.& G.Simonds Ltd. from the Tamar Brewery, Devonport.

Acquired by Simonds Ltd 1951 with 25 public houses owned by them and their associate company, C.W.Blundell (Plymouth) Ltd.
