Soulby, Sons & Winch Ltd, West Street , Alford , Lincolnshire .

Registered December 1896 to acquire E.H.Soulby & Sons, Alford (founded in the 1840s) and T.M.Winch & Co, Louth Brewery, with a total of 83 public houses. Louth Brewery closed 1902.

Acquired by J.W.Green Ltd. 1951 with 144 tied houses and brewing ceased 1952.
