Soulby, Sons & Winch Ltd, Anchor Brewery, West Street, Alford, Lincolnshire.
Premises acquired in 1869 from Thomas Bradley who had founded the brewery c.1830s and died in 1868.
Registered December 1896 to acquire E H Soulby & Sons, Alford (founded in the 1840s) and T M Winch & Co, Louth Brewery, with a total of 83 public houses.
In July 1900, they acquired Bellamy & Ashton (Sleaford) with 12 houses.
The Louth Brewery was closed 1902.
Acquired by J W Green Ltd in 1951 with 144 tied houses and brewing ceased 1952.
