Premises acquired in 1869 from Thomas Bradley who had founded the brewery c.1830s and died in 1868. Registered December 1896 to acquire [[E H Soulby & Sons]], Alford (founded in the 1840s) and T M [[Winch & Co]], Louth Brewery, with a total of 83 public houses.

In July 1900, they acquired [[Bellamy & Ashton (Sleaford)]] with 12 houses. The Louth Brewery was closed 1902. 

Acquired by [[J W Green Ltd]] in 1951 with 144 tied houses and brewing ceased 1952.
