H & G Simonds Ltd, Bridge Street, Reading, Berkshire.
Founded in 1768. Registered in November 1885.
Acquired by Courage & Co. Ltd in 1960. Brewing ceased here in 1979 when the Worton Grange Scottish Courage Ltd brewery opened.
The brewery was demolished in 1983 and the site has been redeveloped.
