Ship Brewery Co. Ltd, 13 Millicent Street, Cardiff, South Glamorgan.

Registered 4th October 1888 as William Phillips & Co. Ltd to acquire the business of Morgan Rees Williams. Name changed as above January 1890.

Acquired by Rhondda Valley Breweries Co. Ltd. 1899 with 11 public houses. Brewery dismantled 1902.
