Bought by Frank Saunders of Coppin's Brewery, Newport 1902 and was acquired by Herbert Hoare in 1913 and was known as H.Hoare & Son until registered as above in 1944.

Offered for sale with 5 off-licences in 1953 when brewing ceased.

Was demolished early 1990s.
