New company registered as '''Rushall Brewery Ltd''' in April 1906. Ceased trading December 1915. The plant was possibly later used by the [[Walsall & District Clubs Brewery]] in Daw End.

The Old Rushall Brewery Ltd was registered March 1905 but wound up 9th April 1906, when run by Thomas Richard Shercliff, brewers engineer of Burton on Trent, and Henry Joseph Waters, cooper of Wolverhampton. New company registered as Rushall Brewery Ltd in April 1906. Ceased trading December 1915. The plant was possibly later used by the Walsall & District Clubs Brewery Ltd in Daw End.
