Ross Brewing Company, The Bristol Brewhouse, 117-119 Stokes Croft, Bristol, Gloucestershire.

Brewing of organic beers commenced 1989 behind the Brewer's Droop Off-licence at 36 Gloucester Road, Bishopston. They moved to Stokes Croft in 1991. They opened a sister plant in Newport in 1994: see Newport Brewhouse.

Brewing ceased 1999.
