Sold to Allsopp & Sons Ltd. 1913 and merged with the New Black Lion Brewery Co. Ltd. to form Aberdare Valley Breweries Ltd.

Up for auction 1921 with 35 houses, 14 were sold and the rest, along with Town & Old Black Lion Breweries, withdrawn.
