An Edward Grange was bankrupted in 1874 and the Brandwood Brewery Co Ltd. was formed in that year to acquire his brewery.
Became above by 1877 but wound up by 1892.
Brandwood Brewery Ltd. registered 1894.
Acquired by Brierley's Woolpack Brewery Ltd. of Heywood in 1895.
Brewery sold to a firm of chemical manufacturers and later became a Dutton's Blackburn Brewery Ltd depot.
