Richard Whitaker & Sons Ltd, Seedlings Mount Brewery, 36 Corporation Street , Halifax , West Yorkshire .

Founded 1849 as the Stannery Inn Brewery and moved to the Seedlings Mount Brewery in 1867.

Registered April 1890.

Acquired by Whitbread & Co. Ltd. 1968 with 135 tied houses.

Brewing ceased early in 1969.
