Founded by brothers Alaric and Quentin Neville, who had acquired the Phipps and NBC brand names.

Initially brewed by the Davis'es Brewing Co, Grainstore Brewery, in Oakham.

Acquired the old Albion site and installed a new plant in 2014, later joined by Hoggley's Brewery.

In March 2014 the company returned production to Northampton by restoring the former Ratliffe & Jeffery Ltd Albion Brewery on Kingswell Street.
