The brothers took four years to research the recipe of the flagship brew, Phipps IPA and this was brewed at the Grainstore Brewery in Oakham. The intent is to locate a microbrewery, and possibly a pub, completing the circle after just over 200 years.

Founded by brothers Alaric and Quentin Neville, who had acquired the Phipps and NBC brand names.
