Dave Lightley established the brewery in May 1994 in old stables behind his guest house in Pembroke. In 1995, he acquired the redundant Pembroke Dock railway station building and converted it into the Station Inn, using the waiting room as the bar and the ticket office as the kitchen.

Pembroke Brewery Co, Eaton House, 108 Main Street, Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Dyfed.

Brewing moved to Unit 17, Kingswood Industrial Estate in 2001.

Ceased 2002.
