The Betwixt Beer Company brewed here: in early 2009 plant was acquired from Grand Union in Hayes, but in late 2009, the brewery stopped trading.

Peerless Brewery was established here in 2009. There is a shop at the brewery, and a sampling room opens for on-sales monthly.
