Pearce, Reynolds, Withers & Co. Ltd, County Brewery, Batheaston, Bath, Somerset.

In 1900 this was the Avondale Brewery operated by John Biggs (Somerset).

Registered December 1904 to amalgamate 6 breweries with 38 tied houses in the district.

Brewery and 23 houses offered for sale 1911 and were bought by the Bath Brewery Ltd.
