Recorded in 1914.  
Brewhouse and John Bellamy recorded in 1808. Daniel Jackson recorded as brewer in 1842. Partnership of Daniel and George Jackson dissolved in 1857.
 
1887: Robert Henry Clemow, here and also Peacock Brewery, Shodfriars Lane (W Howden was listed in Shodfriars Lane 1871-1876). Ellen Louise Clemow recorded in 1914 but bankrupt 1917.
 
Hotel for sale with brewery attached 1920. Demolished and replaced with a Boots store.
 
The latter being Howden’s old site in Shodfriars Lane.

Peacock & Royal Brewery & Hotel, Market Place, Boston, Lincolnshire.

Brewhouse and John Bellamy recorded in 1808. Daniel Jackson recorded as brewer in 1842. Partnership of Daniel and George Jackson dissolved in 1857.
